Position Overview
The Assistant Project Coordinator supports warehouse and logistics projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination between internal teams. This is an operations-focused role, not marketing or communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordination of warehouse and logistics projects
* Track project timelines, tasks, and documentation
* Communicate with operations, warehouse, and administrative teams
* Maintain project records, reports, and status updates
* Support scheduling of shipments, staffing, or inventory activities
* Help ensure projects follow company procedures and timelines
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree a plus)
* Administrative, logistics, or coordination experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
