We are a rapidly growing event marketing and brand promotions company specializing in live marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and experiential marketing events. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant .

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting promotional events and marketing campaigns while helping create memorable customer experiences that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
  • Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, signage, and on-site event operations

  • Maintain organized event materials, campaign reports, and marketing documentation
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and record management
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, team meetings, and professional development workshops

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, positive, and outgoing attitude
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, advertising, or public relations
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sales, or promotions is a plus but not required
