Job Description

Assistant Clinic Director Location: Addison, Tx.

About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Clinic Director to support the management and daily operations of our clinic while delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services and a relationship-based client experience focused on helping clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.
This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, client relationship management, wellness education, and business performance. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent client care, building trusted long-term client relationships, supporting continuity of care, driving client retention, maintaining compliance standards, and contributing to overall clinic performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is energized by helping people make progress toward their wellness goals, developing high-performing teams, and building a clinic where education, accountability, consistency, and relationships drive both client outcomes and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

Clinical Care & Client Experience
•  Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments
•  Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services
•  Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately
•  Educate clients on therapies, memberships, wellness services, and how recommended services can support their individual health and wellness goals
•  Build trusted, high-touch client relationships that move beyond a single transaction and create an ongoing wellness partnership
•  Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally
•  Conduct proactive follow-up, care calls, and outreach to support client progress, strengthen accountability, and encourage continued engagement
•  Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention by connecting membership value to the client’s ongoing wellness plan and goals

Relationship-Based Client Journey
•  Help clients identify what they want to improve in their health and wellness and connect those goals to an appropriate plan and next step
•  Support a consistent client journey from initial consultation through active wellness support and long-term maintenance, reinforcing that wellness is an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time service
•  Use each client interaction to deepen understanding of goals, progress, barriers, and changing needs so recommendations remain personalized and relevant
•  Protect continuity by ensuring clients understand what comes next and, when appropriate, leave with their next appointment scheduled
•  Reinforce education and accountability throughout the client relationship so clients understand the purpose behind recommendations and remain engaged in their plan
•  Partner with the Clinic Director and care team to identify clients who are overdue, disengaged, or at risk of falling out of their wellness plan and initiate appropriate outreach
•  Support a seamless handoff between team members so the client experiences one connected relationship with the clinic rather than isolated transactions

Sales & Client Retention
•  Lead by example in connecting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programs to each client’s identified goals and next steps
•  Drive clinic performance through relationship-based conversations, client education, personalized recommendations, and consistent follow-through
•  Monitor client retention, return-to-appointment, active-client, membership, and engagement metrics and identify opportunities to strengthen continuity
•  Coach team members to use effective discovery, education, motivational communication, and relationship-building skills that help clients take meaningful next steps
•  Support achievement of clinic revenue goals by creating exceptional client experiences, protecting continuity, and consistently helping clients schedule the appropriate next appointment
•  Partner with the Clinic Director to implement local relationship-building, referral, community partnership, reactivation, and retention strategies

Clinic Operations & Support
•  Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director
•  Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations
•  Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies
•  Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
•  Monitor clinic performance metrics, including client engagement and continuity measures, and assist with action plans for improvement
•  Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and operational execution

Team Leadership & Development
•  Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff
•  Train and educate team members on procedures, client care standards, relationship-based conversations, wellness education, and the behaviors that support long-term client engagement
•  Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet client experience, relationship, retention, and performance goals
•  Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
•  Support ongoing staff development through daily coaching, goal setting, feedback, and accountability

Performance Management
•  Monitor and document staff performance in partnership with HR
•  Support coaching, goal setting, and career development
•  Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities
•  Assist in conflict resolution and team management
•  Help ensure team members consistently meet clinical, client relationship, continuity, sales, and operational expectations

Culture & Accountability
•  Maintain a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism
•  Lead by example with strong ethical and professional standards
•  Promote positivity, resilience, and accountability within the team
•  Champion a client-first culture focused on trusted relationships, personalized wellness support, continuity, accountability, retention, and results

Qualifications
•  Active California RN License required
•  Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
•  ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred

Experience

•  Ability to listen for client goals, motivations, and barriers and translate them into clear next steps
•  Comfort with proactive outreach, follow-up, re-engagement, and asking clients to commit to their next appointment
•  Ability to balance clinical excellence with relationship ownership and business accountability
•  Commitment to personalized wellness education, client progress, and long-term relationship building
